The Priory Table
Seasonal Flemish cooking served beneath the original beams of the refectory, where an open fire keeps the evenings gracious well into autumn.

Oud-Turnhout
A restored priory where centuries of quiet still shape the day.
Founded as a priory in 1395, Corsendonk has welcomed travellers, scholars and seekers of calm for more than six centuries. Today its cloistered halls and walled gardens form a retreat a short distance from Turnhout, close enough for the town yet far enough for the woodland to fall silent at dusk. Vaulted ceilings, weathered brick and generous light give every room the weight of a place that has always belonged here.
THE ESTATE

Seasonal Flemish cooking served beneath the original beams of the refectory, where an open fire keeps the evenings gracious well into autumn.

Twelve hectares of woodland, orchard and cloister garden, laced with cycling and walking trails that begin at the gatehouse and lose themselves in the trees.

A generous breakfast laid out before the tall windows, with garden views, local produce and coffee taken at an unhurried pace.
Rooms at the priory are few and quietly held. Reserve directly for the season that suits you, and let us prepare the rest.
